Investing to Me is the “Acquisition of Assets”

Acquisition of assets will make you rich and wealthy!

The asset classes I am currently invested in are REAL ESTATE, PAPER ASSETS and PRECIOUS METALS.

GOAL:

My long term goal is to acquire and hold large residential apartment buildings and commercial properties.  There is not a better investment than real estate since you can use leverage to purchase it and it is ownership costs are subsidized by the government.   Most of the world’s wealthy hold their wealth in real estate.

STRATEGY:

Invest in and hold precious metals as they continually revalue themselves to meet the constantly inflating U.S. Dollar.  Use the sale of precious metals once they revalue themselves significantly to purchase real estate properties.

TACTICS:

Allocate approximately 70% of my investment portfolio to precious metals given the current economy, market outlook and strategy and goal listed above.

Why do I think so highly of Precious Metals?

I am a student of the economy, and what I believe is about to happen is one of the greatest wealth transfers in the history of money.  Money will flowing to those that hold precious metals creating a massive wealth transfer.

If you have not read Michael Maloney’s book on this topic “Guide to Investing in Gold and Silver”, I would strongly suggest doing so as it has helped shaped my opinion in this matter so strongly.  It is not just a “how-to” invest, but an entire history of money and currency and why he believes history will repeat itself and revalue gold and silver significantly in the near future.
