“I am Crossfit”
I value fitness very highly and think it is essential to healthy and happy living. By dedicating only 4-5 hours a week to fitness you can increase the quality and longevity of your life significantly.
I have chosen Crossfit as my fitness regimen of choice. I attend at least four – hour long workouts per week at Bridger Crossfit in my hometown of Bozeman, MT.
